What You Need

We consider two separate numbers when discussing how much cash is required. First is your liquidity, also known as cash-on-hand. This is the amount of cash, to which you have immediate access. Some buyers have these funds in savings while others will sometimes use a line of credit. In general, we feel that $60,000 minimum will address this need. However, this is a variable that we can discuss before making a commitment.

The second number is your overall net worth. We like to see $300,000 in this category. If needed, we can provide you with a form to calculate these dollar amounts.
